Rodolfo Zucco (Feltre, 1966) has mainly worked in metrics, focusing on eighteenth-century and late twentieth-century poetry. He has also dedicated numerous essays to issues of author philology and edited the publications of the complete poems of Giovanni Giudici, Giovanni Raboni and Fernando Bandini (in the first two cases, providing commentary) and other twentieth-century texts (including the correspondence between Giorgio Cesarano and Giovanni Raboni and Amedeo Giacomini’s Poesie a Sandra). Other critical focal points for his research were the translations of poetry and the forms of implication between prose and verse writing. He is the author of an essay on the poetry of Eugenio De Signoribus. Other poets whom he has written about and researched include Vittorio Sereni, Giorgio Caproni, Biagio Marin, Jolanda Insana, Cesare Viviani. He is on the editorial staff of the scientific journal Stilistica e metrica italiana.
