Sandro Sillani is Associate Professor at the University of Udine
since 2004. He is expert in Agricultural Economics. Has undertaken scientific research in several topic areas.
One set of studies looked at business-related. A second research area was
concerned with rural development policies, and a third with marketing
agro-foodstuffs. These studies have mainly examined: wine marketing, the
relationships between agro-food enterprises and the distribution, consumer purchasing
behaviours and the factors that influence perceptions.
