Curriculum

Stefano Saggini graduated "cum laude" in electronic engineering at the Politecnico of Milan in  2000. In 2003 he received the Ph.D Degree in electronic engineering at the the Politecnico of Milan, with a dissertation dealing with mixed-signal controllers for voltage regulation modules. From 2003 to 2006 he was ICs Senior Designer within the division Industrial & Power Conversion Division of STMicroelectronics and collaborating with some research project with the Politecnico of Milano and the University of Udine. Since November 2006 he has been assistant prof. At the University of Udine. His research is mainly dedicated at the integration of digital and mixed-signal controller for SMPS. He has published papers in International journal and conferences and six patents. He also won the Prize Paper Award in 2004 in the IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics.
