I'm Associate professor of Enology/Wine Technology. I teach the Bachelor and Master programs in Viticulture and Enology at Udine University, and the Wine Analysis Module of Euromaster VINIFERA. My research focuses on the application of emerging, low-impact technologies in winemaking, the study of antioxidant alternatives to sulfites and the effects of closure on wine evolution
