I got my master degree in Industrial Engineering, Summa cum Laude, from University of Udine in 1993.
After a working period with Andersen Consulting for the development of logistics software systems, I got my PhD degree in Industrial Engineering from University of Padua in 1998.
I'm currently full professor in Industrial Systems Engineering at University of Udine.
I'm the Vice-President of AIDI, the Italian Association of Professors in Industrial Systems Engineering representing the cultural, scientific and teaching activities of the Scientific-Disciplinary Sector ING-IND/17 - Industrial Systems Engineering.
